Its your computer.Like to say something to others logging on to your system about You,your computer and rules ...or anything.???.You can do this by displaying a message box at time of logging in.
This can be done by Enabling a feature from registry.
Follow these Steps:
1.In run command type REGEDIT
now u get the registry editor window
2.Expand the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
3.Find and Navigate to Key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsNT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon
4.Find the Entry "LegalNoticeCaption" Set the value of the string as you like.This caption is shown as the caption on message box.eg "Warning to Strangers"...or anything You like.
5.Find the Entry "LegalNoticeText" Set the value of this string as your message.
6.Done Exit Editor and Log in again
